Date of walking interview will be on 14th and 15th of October, 2024. There will be a form that will be available in the website of IRCTC that candidates needs to fill up and carry with them during the walking interview.
Medical fitness:-
Before getting selected candidates has to pass through certain medical test to be medically fit as prescribed by IRCTC.
Salary:-
Based on qualification and experience candidates will receive ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month along with that there will be an allotment of ₹350 as daily allowance. There will be a loading charge of ₹240 provided if night stay is involved in the outstation by the candidates.
Candidates will receive ₹384 for national holiday allowance. Along with that there will be medical insurance of minimum ₹1,400 to ₹2,500 per month based on age group.
Requirement for the work :-
- You will be able to help the country by supporting tourism related activities.
- Candidate have to follow the company policy and standard.
- Candidates have to provide marketing and back and support for different tour packages.
- Ability to resolve customers’ issue and giving proper solutions.
- Candidates also have to supervise, gift training and educate the staffs in efficient services.
Important information:-
- This is a purely contractual job and candidates can not claim for permanent employment in IRCTC.
- If the service provided by the candidate is not satisfactory then the candidates will be terminated within a one-month notice period.
- Selected candidates have to furnish a security deposit of rupees ₹25,000 in the form of demand draft.
- Knowledge of basic computer is required.
