Amazon has announced a special internship opportunity for the students by giving the opportunity name as Hackon of 2025.

Amazon internship opportunity, Eligibility

It is a team opportunity. Where students will be applying in teams either they can apply from the same city or from different Institute of different year of graduation or difference specialisations or from different courses.

Who will graduate in the year 2026 and 2027 can also apply for this internship opportunity.

Students who have the degree of B.Tech or M.Tech or integrated degrees or Masters in computer application can also apply.

Even computer science information technology and affiliated branches also can apply here.

The required percentage of marks throughout the under graduation is 6.5 CGPA.

Each Team should have at least two members, number of members can be more than that also.

Amazon internship opportunity, stipend

The internship opportunity provided by Amazon is a paid internship opportunities where selected interns will get the stipend of up to ₹1,00,000 along with that they will get an opportunity to experience ‘A day at Amazon’. 

Along with that first runner up will get the stipend amount of ₹75,000.

This type and amount for the second runner up is  ₹50,000.

Top 8 teams will get the mentorship directly from the company.

Along with that the top 8 teams will get swags from the company Amazon directly.

Every participating member will get certificate for participation.

Timeline

Between 20 to 29th may all the participants will be recommended to undergo a demo assessment so that they will become familiar with the platform.

But this will be not an elimination or evaluation round.

The second round will be coating round where participants will be attempting from 29th May.

In the second round each participant will have 100 minute to stall three coding questions and they will get multiple MCQs along with the questions.

Third round will be the submission of Idea and this will have to be done from 31st May to 9th June, 2025.

In the third stage all the shortlisted teams will be submitting and idea which is related to themes that are similar to the real world business problem aligning with the business problems faced by Amazon.

Fourth step will be the prototype submission where selected teams will be required to make some prototypes of their idea and they will get the opportunity to interact virtually their proto types with the tech leaders of Amazon.

This 4th phase will be completed within 22nd June of 2025.

Fifth round will be the mentorship round where the shortlisted top 18 teams will be pairing with mentors.

The mentors will be helping them to prepare more effectively for the grand finale. Here they will get strategic guidance, refined ideas and enhanced presentation skills.

The 5th round will get over by 28th of June of 2025.

The sixth and the final round will be the grand finale.

The Grand Finale will be on 2nd July 2025.

The prototypes that the teams have submitted will be considered as the main criteria for getting shortlisted.

On the day of Grand Finale shortlisted teams will present their ideas in front of the Jury members of the company Amazon virtually.

Then I got the big turn of my life, I got selected in a company where my designation was of business development executive and the best part was that it was a WORK FROM HOME JOB OPPORTUNITY.
