What is interview?
First of all we need to understand what interview is. Interview is basically to know about the skills, quality and the actual originality of the candidates. With the help of interview all the employers understand how the particular candidate will be giving benefit to the company. Interview duration is never very long but full of tricks because it please like a brain storm which eventually brings out the the original human being from inside of the candidate.

How to answer- ”Tell me about yourself” ?
When an interviewer is asking you to tell you about yourself the interview word is not really showing interest on your personal life like what is your name, who are there in your family, what do they do etc. rather the interviewer is actually showing interest to know about your education your experience your hobbies your special qualities etc. So, how will you answer of this question? Let us understand that with the help of an example.

Interviewer:- Tell me about yourself.
Candidate:- good morning respected sir/madam. My name is (your name), I am a resident of (please where you live). I have completed my early education from (your school details) in the year (your school passing year) with specialisation of (tell the subjects that you had in your school during class 11th and 12th). I have completed my degree of graduation with or without honours from (your college’s name) on (subject) in the year (mention the college passing year). I have done my masters from (university name) on (specialisation) in the year (mention the year of passing your post graduation). I have awarded with the PhD degree in (specialisation) for writing the thesis on (details of your research). This is all about my details sir/madam. Rest of the details you can get from my resume. Apart from these information if you want to know more about myself then please ask me I am eagerly waiting to answer your questions as it will be a great opportunity for me to discuss about myself with you.
How to answer :- “What is your salary expectation” ?
When interviewer is asking about the salary that you are expecting to receive, actually he or she is checking whether the company can meet you expectation or not. And also it is verifying weather the candidates know about their actual value or not. So, while answering this question candidates must have to be really intelligent and smart. Now, let us understand how to answer this question.
Interviewer:- What is this salary expectation?
Candidate:- Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share my expectation on salary. My salary should be set based on my knowledge, skills and ability. As you can see in my resume about the previous salary that I was receiving from my previous company (if you have work experience) / as you can see that I am a fresher so whatever will be the best according to my quality, skills, ability and based on the market that I want to receive as my salary (if you are a fresher).
Now a days it is becoming very difficult for everyone to get a job one of the main reason of this is not preparing the resume well enna and not preparing for the interview. Now it is not the fault of the candidate as now a days whenever candidates are going to learn about the process of answering the question in an interview people are taking money but not helping them properly to learn or understand what to speak or how to talk in an interview.
